Silent Mode Reminder for iOS4

Set and forget utility for iOS4 iPhone (3GS, 4 and 4S) to monitor the state of your silent switch and remind you in three ways:

icon badge set to length of time iPhone has been on silent
Local notification (popup and optional vibrate) after iPhone has been on silent for a configurable amount of time (countdown or time of day). User definable timer presets supported.
Local notification (popup and optional aggressive vibrate) if iPhone moves a configurable distance after being put on silent (eg. movies/meetings)
